Since starting out in the summer of 2000, Jessica has enjoyed a very successful career, specialising in the recruitment of senior finance executives as well as general management hires.
She launched Sharpe Stirling in 2018, supporting clients from a broad range of sectors, providing a sounding board to listen, advise and add value.
At Totum, Jessica was managing executive accountancy recruitment assignments within the Legal and Professional Services sectors in London.
Prior to joining Totum, Jessica spent 11 years working for Ambition (formally Witan Jardine) both in their London and Hong Kong offices. She helped set up the professional services audit tax and advisory division and grew the team to 10 people as Associate Director. After 7 years in the London office, Jessica moved to Asia and helped manage the accounting and finance team in Hong Kong. Here she specialised in the recruitment of senior level accounting executives (CFO’s and Finance Directors) across several industries but with a leaning towards the media and professional services sectors.
Jessica began her recruitment career as a consultant at Michael Page International where for three years she recruited into the accounting and finance sectors.
Jessica is also a Director at Anthem Consulting, where she specialises in the recruitment of finance professionals into the legal, accountancy and property services sectors.
